How to Apply

All applicants for enrolment are required to meet the specified pre-requisites that have been outlined by Duke College. These may include but not limited to your qualification and/or experience, where detailed in the relevant course document, prior to acceptance for admission to courses.

*Local Student means Australian citizens, Permanent Residents or Australian Permanent Humanitarian visa holders who want to enrol in course(s) offered by the Duke College.

Step 1: Decide the Course you are interested in

Go to the Courses and decide the course you are interested in studying.

Step 2: Application Submission

Download the Local Students Application Form and complete all the required information

Step 3: Document Submission

Once you have filled up the application form, return to Duke College with the following supporting documents to complete your application:

  • Copy of birth certificate, passport or proof of citizenship
  • A photo ID
  • Proof of your residential address – if your photo ID does not have your residential address on it.
  • Copies of previous academic qualification achieved

You can submit the completed Application form and supporting documents to us:

  • Via email to admissions@duke.edu.au or
  • Visit the campus at Level 1, 20 Macquarie St Parramatta NSW 2150 or
  • Post the Admission Form and supporting documents to PO Box 3323 Parramatta NSW 2124

How to accept

If the student's application is successful, a Letter of Offer with enclosed Enrolment Acceptance Agreement will be then forwarded to the student for them to sign and return it to Duke College Admission office.

Student must follow the following steps to get their enrolment finalised:

Step 1: Read the Letter of Offer and enclosed Enrolment Acceptance Agreement.

It should outline the following:

  • Student's name and date of birth
  • Course name
  • Course start date and completion date
  • Overseas student health cover (OSHC) details
  • Tuition fees and other fees
  • Refund policy and process
  • Required Initial deposit amount
  • Bank account details of Duke College
  • Contact information of Duke College

Step 2: Sign and return the Enrolment Acceptance Agreement

The Enrolment Acceptance Agreement outlines the conditions of enrolment and the refund policy. Students need to understand and sign on this agreement and return it to Duke College with their initial deposit amount. No payment should be made prior to signing the agreement. Students who received the conditional Letter of Offer must send the certified copies of evidence to meet the conditions specified.

A scanned copy of signed Enrolment Acceptance Agreement and the evidence of payment of initial deposit amount can be sent via email to: admissions@duke.edu.au

Step 3: Pay the initial tuition fee deposit

Students can pay the initial deposit amount by deposit into given Duke College account, transfer via net banking or pay in person. Please quote student's full name as reference if paying by bank deposit or net transfer. Duke College bank account details will be mentioned on the Letter of Offer (enclosed Enrolment Acceptance Agreement).

Step 4: Get the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter

Once Duke College receives the payment, the Enrolment Acceptance Agreement and the certified evidence of the conditions specified in the Letter of Offer (if any), you will receive the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter via email or post if you have not provided us your email ID.
